Gill is Managing Partner of Oystercatchers and laser-focused on making the most enduring, high performance partnerships between brands and their agency ecosystem. Gill is a media specialist by background, with a strong understanding of both traditional & digital and how to enable brands to leverage the greatest opportunities for their creative ideas and assets. She has sat on the board for WACL (the world’s oldest organisation for women in advertising) and is a member of the MSc Strategic Marketing Advisory Board at Imperial College Business School, London.
Alexander is responsible for guiding clients in choosing their perfect agency partner, securing relationships with brands from sectors spanning health, FMCG, charity and law and finance. He has experience in establishing business development functions for clients and agencies, using his wealth of knowledge from prior business development roles with agencies to provide services including creative, branding, social, insights, digital, influencer, content and CX.
Josh leads many of our largest client engagements with agencies, always ensuring both teams are fully aligned and equipped to deliver the most successful outcomes. His focus and passion delivers outstanding responses and he is expert in making sure every pitch process maximises time and effort fairly and efficiently. Josh has previously held Business Development roles in integrated creative and media agencies in London and Australia, with a long track record of leading successful pitches before becoming a practioner of pitching.
Ludo is the Oystercatchers Club Manager and has a keen, forensic interest in finding the best agencies, creativity, media, ideas and the people behind them for brands. He fosters deep relationships with Club Members and keeps the Oystercatchers community up to speed with the best work and insights to maximise their Oystercatcher Club membership benefits and opportunities. Before joining Oystercatchers worked in the thick of the account management teams at Econsultancy, one of Oystercatchers’ sister brands.
Richard is Managing Director of Oystercatchers and leads all of Xeim’s consultancy, capability and advisory services. He is an expert in accelerating modern marketing performance and digital transformation for large multinationals and local heroes alike. Richard has worked internationally with The Coca-Cola Company, headed marketing for McDonald’s restaurants in the UK, and agency side, led the P&G business for EMEA at Publicis Worldwide. Richard has been named one of the ten most influential leaders in digital & tech and is an award-winning and passionate diversity advocate.
Suki is a transformational business leader with a passion for promoting business cultures founded on commercial effectiveness. She has worked with global household brands and agencies to accelerate marketing performance, overseeing international pitches, marketing transformation programmes, and Optimise™ processes, and marketing department restructuring – all to enable clients and agencies to work more effectively together. Suki is the founder of the Oystercatchers Club and still hosts our quarterly Club events. She is a member of WACL, MGGB and Allbright, and was previously Chair of The Marketing Society.
