JOHN LEWIS & PARTNERS
Charlotte is responsible for the John Lewis Partnership’s enterprise customer strategy; customer and marketing technology transformation; loyalty programmes; enterprise brand architecture and retail media network development as well as the CX, Brand, Channels and Trade Customer strategy for John Lewis & Partners. Charlotte has spent almost three decades in Customer, Marketing and Digital transformation roles for brands and agencies in the UK and internationally across grocery, fashion, and media sectors.
TJX EUROPE
With nearly 40 years of Retail Marketing / Operational experience. Darren has for the last 18 years has been with TJX Europe. Presently the Head of European Customer Services. Prior to this role Darren managed TJX’s Digital Collaboration Strategy for employees and previous to this managed TJX’s shopping experience strategy. Prior to TJX, Darren worked at Levi’s and McDonald’s in various Marketing, Franchise and operational roles, and even started in the British shoe corporation at ‘Curtess Shoes’ aged 14!
THE AA
Mark Felix is Group Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Commercial Officer for The AA. Previously he was part of the Executive team at MoneySupermarket.com responsible the Insurance & Energy divisions as well as Brand, Customer and Operations. Prior to this he held senior Digital Leadership roles as Online Director at John Lewis and Head of Online at Sainsburys. Mark began his career in consulting at Accenture.
TRAINLINE
Jo is VP of Brand at Trainline, the world’s leading rail platform where she uses data and insights to deliver the best products, experience and a positive difference to the lives of millions of travellers. Prior to Trainline, she has held Senior marketing roles at Skyscanner, Moonpig and Lebara. Jo is also a Founding Partner of Travalyst, which is a non-profit global initiative led by The Duke of Sussex to change the impact of travel for good.
RIGHTMOVE?
Matt is the Chief Marketing Officer at Rightmove, sitting on the exec team of the FTSE 100 business and responsible for the entire marketing portfolio across trade, customer and corporate. He has spent his career in leadership roles across several digital businesses from social networking to online dating. Most recently at Just Eat, he ran marketing for UK&I and was part of the leadership team that built its position as market leader.
BARCLAYS
Paul leads the Brand Communications team at Barclays and is responsible for the development of all Advertising communications for both Barclays and Barclaycard. He is also responsible for Brand management, Social Media and BUK’s Sponsorship programmes. Paul has been with Barclays for over 10 years, and in this time he has led several teams including Performance Marketing, Communications and Media Planning in addition to leading the Creative Studio teams. Prior to Barclays, Paul worked agency side, leading Account Management, New Business and Marketing teams at Rapier and WWAV Rapp Collins (Rapp).

Laura is responsible for all aspects of the customer lifecycle, from ATL campaigns through to customer support operations, with a remit to deliver brilliant experiences that deepen engagement, increase loyalty and support revenue growth across the network. Laura believes that leveraging data, insight, and personalisation provide amazing opportunities to build a meaningful connection with customers.
H&M
Sam is Head of Customer Activation & Marketing for H&M UK/IE, where the scope of his role is to elevate the brand and customer experience across all touchpoints. Sam is responsible for overseeing the following specialist teams; brand, content, loyalty, CRM, comms and PR. Before joining H&M, Sam worked 9 years agency side within media partnerships and branded content at The Story Lab.
ALL ENGLAND LAWN TENNIS CLUB
Usama is Marketing and Commercial Director for The Championships, Wimbledon and The All England Lawn Tennis Club. Previously he has held Vice President positions at PlayStation and Disney and has won the EFFIE Grand Prix. Usama began his career in brand, digital marketing and ecommerce at Procter & Gamble and is a Board Trustee for UNICEF UK. He enjoys coaching youth development rugby at weekends.
AGE UK
Before joining the charity seven years ago, Kathi worked for content marketing agencies including John Brown and Seven, as well as newspapers including The Scotsman and City AM. During her time in agency land, she worked on accounts such as Medtronic, Unilever, Electrolux and Johnson & Johnson.
WAITROSE
Nathan is an accomplished commercial leader with over 20 years of experience across CPG and retail. He is responsible for developing Waitrose’s multi-channel strategy. Nathan previously held a number of FMCG marketing roles growing brands such as Heinz, Birds Eye and Red Bull.
CLEAR CHANNEL
Aimee joined Clear Channel back in 2002 and has worked across a variety of roles within the Commercial Sales team, with 2020 seeing her take on additional responsibility for Clear Channel Europe and its International sales team. With over 22 years media experience, working across the UK, Europe, and Australasia, Aimee has a wealth of industry experience, and as well as her stints at Clear Channel, has worked as Sales Director for blowUP media, responsible for the UK sales and marketing teams.
LANDSEC
Anna is the Chief Consumer Officer for Landec, where she is responsible for setting consumer strategy for retail division. She leads on insights, consumer proposition, data and analytics, commercial & media assets and partnership and marketing, with a focus on being consumer centric, data obsessed and digitally led.
Kate is a Marketing Consultant, where she was post recently Director of Marketing at The Guardian, navigating the brand towards financial sustainability, and developing the marketing strategy to support a rapidly evolving business model. Prior to working at The Guardian she has worked on a number of high profile campaigns in brand marketing roles at Odeon and the Zoological Society London. In her work she has collaborated with brilliant creatives, developing and growing in-house teams and working with inspiring agencies.
CITY FIBRE
Dan Ramsay is Chief Marketing Officer at CityFibre, the UK’s largest independent fibre broadband network. He is responsible for product development, PR, marketing promotions and co-marketing with major brands such as Vodafone and TalkTalk. Prior to CityFibre, Dan lead the UK Government’s campaign to promote the UK to the world, growing tourism, trade and UK education in 144 countries. He is formerly the Consumer Marketing Director at BT, leading the growth of a £1bn annual revenue broadband, TV and BT Sport business.
Abi is a Marketing Consultant, who has held Chief Marketing Officer roles at British Airways, Debenhams, and Cignpost Diagnostics. Throughout her career she has brought the voice of the customer inside the business, and has led multiple marketing teams through periods of change, with a positive impact on business performance.
Tony Miller is CMO and digital marketing consultant. Tony has been in the industry for over 30 years, spending life on both agency and client side. He spent 5 years at The Walt Disney Company as VP Digital Marketing & CRM, EMEA and most recently was CMO for Weight Watchers. He specialises in brand building and digital transformation with significant experience managing scaled, fast growth, complex, global businesses – across all channels and industry sectors.
TAYLORS OF HARROGATE
Dom is Marketing Director at Taylors of Harrogate, best known as the makers of Yorkshire Tea. Dom joined as a copywriter 15 years ago, when he launched the brand onto Twitter in the very early days of social media. Since becoming Marketing Director in 2016, Yorkshire Tea has grown to become the UK’s number one brew. Key to that success has been creative but consistent communications centred around the notion of “where everything’s done proper”.

Anthony is a strategic leader in marketing and communications. With 25 years of experience leading in-house marketing and communications agency teams at ION, KPMG, Goldman Sachs, and more, he specialises in building high-performing marketing teams. He thrives on collaboration and sharing expertise to drive industry excellence. His career reflects a commitment to solving business challenges through creative design and technology, guided by the ethos of hiring and nurturing exceptional talent.
SPECSAVERS
Abi has over 15 years in a variety of brand, product and customer roles at both regional and global level for Specsavers and for Boots in their Health & Beauty division. Currently Head of Brand & Marketing Excellence, Abi is responsible for helping Specsavers’ regional marketing teams to grow the brand, nurture consistent brand expression and continually improve marketing capabilities.
