Oystercatchers Club Members will gain access to The X-Series, a programme of quarterly events designed specifically for emerging agency talent. It is recommended for those with roughly two to five years’ experience who are ready to accelerate their careers and deepen their understanding of the industry, although even those outwith of these parameters will find real value during these sessions.
Each session brings together a curated group of early-career agency professionals for frank, practical conversation on the topics that matter most such as building resilience, developing a career in new business, mastering the art of networking and understanding what clients really need from their agency partners. Sessions are led by expert practitioners and industry figures who bring honesty, experience and genuine insight to the room.
More importantly however, the X-Series sessions foster a space where emerging talent can connect with peers across the industry, share experiences, and build relationships that last well beyond the event itself.
