The Oystercatchers Orbit training programme is made up of eight interactive modules to give attendees a clear and practical action plan for developing their career in marketing, advertising and communications agencies.

The modules include:

  • Communicating with Confidence: learning how to make an impact in meetings, presentations and pitches. 

  • Building Chemistry: understanding the essential ingredients for building trust, establishing a connection and gaining advantage.   

  • Delivering Great Client Service: becoming a trusted advisor, managing and growing client accounts. 

  • Getting the Work Done: Managing projects, leading people and engaging stakeholders 

  • The Art of Storytelling:  Understanding what storytelling is and how to tell compelling stories that are memorable & persuasive.  

  • Building your Personal Brand & Networking for Success: demonstrating your value, building your personal brand  and applying it for networking success.

  • Working with a Coach or Mentor: understanding what you need, how to choose, what can you can expect from working with a coach or mentor.

  • Marketing 101: learning what makes client-side marketers tick. 


The course starts at just £1,000 +VAT per person*.

The programme can be curated for a group of learners from within one agency business, or learners can join a mixed cohort if they would like to train alongside their peers from other creative, communications and media businesses.

Group sizes are capped at 20 with a minimum of 10 attendees. All modules will be run in person in 2-hour sessions by respected and experienced Oystercatchers trainers and consultants.
