Cilla joined AMV in 1992 as the agency’s first New Business Director. Twenty three years later, she now oversees the four companies that comprise the AMV Group in the UK – AMVBBDO, Proximity, Redwood and Fishburn.
She was awarded the CBE in the 2009 New Year Honours list for services to the advertising industry.
Most importantly, she is Fred’s, Albert’s and Rosie’s mum.
Troy Warfield is the Chief Commercial Officer of Avis Budget Group for Europe, Middle East, Africa and AsiaPac. This role is part of the EMEA/APAC Board and he is responsible for the Sales, Marketing, Digital/Ecommerce and Franchising operations for the organisation, driving both the Avis and Budget brands across the region.
Prior to joining Avis Budget, he was the Vice President, Family Care, Europe for Kimberly-Clark a $2-billion retail business with brands such as Andrex, Kleenex, Fiesta, Hakle, Page and Scottex. He was responsible for the P&L delivery, and developing the strategy, communication and innovation plans across the portfolio. Prior to this role, he was the Managing Director of Kimberly-Clark’s UK and Ireland business from 2006 to 2009. In this role he grew the market share of all three brands: Andrex, Kleenex and Huggies, and led the organisation to move from the 11th ranked company in the UK industry to be ranked No.1 vs. its peers, e.g. Unilever, P&G, L’Oréal and Johnson & Johnson.
Prior to Kimberly-Clark, Troy held several roles in Unilever across the UK and Australia at Board level in Marketing, Sales and General Management.
Troy is a Fellow, and on the Board, of the Marketing Society and is also a Fellow of the IGD.
Troy is married with three children.
Feilim Mackle has been the Sales and Service Director at Telefónica UK (O2) since July 2011 and is the Board sponsor for Wayra UK. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Resolution Ltd and Executive Director of Life and Pensions Operations at AEGON UK plc. In 2003, he joined Royal Bank of Scotland as Managing Director, Retail Banking with responsibility for NatWest and RBS branch networks, direct sales and private banking including Drummonds. From 2000, he served as Managing Director, UK Sales at Standard Life having started his career there 12 years earlier.
Originally from Ireland, Feilim is married with five children. He has a passion for travelling to new places and is also a very keen cook. He can often be seen wandering on a beach in Scotland, where he lives.
Kathryn co-founded Decoded in 2011, with a mission to spread Digital Enlightenment.
Decoded believes that anyone and everyone can and should understand the languages behind the screen and that ‘Digital Enlightenment’ is essential to prepare and empower people in an increasingly technology-driven economy.
Famous for teaching “Code in a Day”, thousands of professionals globally have since experienced Decoded’s face-to-face accelerated learning programs Code, Data, Future Technologies and Hacker in a Day.
Grown entirely through word-of-mouth, Decoded now have offices in London and New York and have popped-up in over 35 cities worldwide teaching their clients, ranging from some of the most prominent CEOs and boards in the world to graduate trainees and start-ups across over 2,000 different businesses including Unilever, Google, Disney, Facebook, Viacom, MasterCard, Burberry, Tata and beyond.
Campaigners for Code on the curriculum, when successfully introduced in September 2014, Decoded launched their free-to-use online coding platform Playto.io allowing anyone to teach or learn to code.
Kathryn is a passionate advocate for women and technology and sits on the board of the London Tech Ambassadors Group.
