Fallon London | James Townsend | Managing Director


James has been with Fallon for four years, leading both domestic and global businesses including Nokia, Orange, Unilever and the BBC.  He was promoted to Managing Director in January 2013 and is responsible for the day to day running of the agency in conjunction with his partners David Hackworthy (CSO) and Santi Lucero (ECD).  Since his appointment, the agency has enjoyed significant growth, picking up a suite of new business including giffgaff, Scottish Power and Alzheimer’s Society in the UK and the pan-European Mikado and global SKODA accounts.   Prior to joining Fallon, James was Client Services Director at Exposure running the O2, Heineken, Red Bull and Microsoft accounts, producing integrated campaigns with promotional and acquisition based agendas.
