Hattie joined Kitcatt Nohr as Managing Director in 2015 and, together with the rest of the Management Team, takes responsibility for making sure the agency is fit to help our clients create relationships worth having with their customers.
With over 15 years’ experience in digital, direct and integrated agencies, Hattie has led creation of loyalty and CRM strategies and integrated communications strategy for brands such as Baileys, Dove, Emirates Airlines and Peugeot. In her previous role as Client Partner at our sister agency DigitasLBi, Hattie also led and built digital transformation programmes for businesses such as Goodyear Dunlop, Virgin Atlantic and comparethemarket.com. She is a member of the DigitasLBi Executive Board.
Hattie is passionate about the opportunity to combine stand out creativity with data smarts and technology in a way which allows the Kitcatt Nohr team to add value to the brands and businesses we work with.
Hattie is also an active member of Bloom, the professional network for women in communications and is currently Head of Marketing and Innovation for the organization plus a Bloom Mentor.
